Qualificações

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience ideally with background as business analyst.
  • Experience in Primary Insurance market and dedicated Claims experience appreciated.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

About the role:

The Claims Market Unit (MU) Support role is pivotal in assisting the Claims department within the Market Unit to ensure efficient operation and day to day support. In addition, this role will be pivotal in supporting MU in delivering Claims North Star, providing support on dedicated strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in claims management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Tasks:

  • Day to day MU support
  • Resource allocation
  • Strategic Planning
  • Reporting, in connection with Management Information (MI) team
  • Support the MU Heads with operational effectiveness across the region with analysis of dashboards and reporting
  • Budget planning and tracking
  • Documentation management
  • MU communication
  • Training, in connection with Claims L&D lead
  • IT issue investigation and resolution
  • Support the roll out of claims system updates in connection with Claims Operation team.

Governance:

  • Support the delivery of external/regulatory audits
  • Support the creation and review of regional SOPs/guidelines
  • Claims North Star execution within each MU
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic priorities
  • Support MU Heads/Leads in dedicated initiatives
  • Support/Create regular report on North Star Execution progress (quarterly)

About You:

Education and experience:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, economics or similar
  • You have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience ideally with background as business analyst
  • You can translate ideas into practical solutions
  • Experience in Primary Insurance market and dedicated Claims experience appreciated, but not mandatory
  • You can handle multiple projects and priorities in parallel and coordinate complex assignments
