In the Product team, we’re responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers and the business. We combine strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals.

We are seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will combine external market research with internal product and consumer behavior analysis to generate actionable insights that will guide EBANX’s strategic decisions.You will monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, payment behaviors, and the performance of EBANX products, translating complex data into clear recommendations for business growth and product evolution.

• Analyze internal product performance and consumer behavior data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Provide strategic recommendations that support product development, commercial initiatives, and business expansion.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, and external studies to communicate key findings and insights.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like SQL, Python, and dataviz platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Flourish).
• Solid experience in market intelligence, product analytics, or data analytics roles.
• Ability to connect external market trends with internal performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives for different stakeholders.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to explore problems and uncover opportunities.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Bonus points if you have:

• Skills in forecasting models or predictive analytics.
• Experience in the payments, fintech, or e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis frameworks.
• Background working with product teams or involvement in product development cycles.
