Position

We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to support our Market Development and Commercial teams in Mato Grosso. In this role, you’ll focus on soil measurements, field trials, and technical support—playing a vital part in generating technical and strategic insights, validating protocols, and building strong customer relationships.

You will

• Conduct field trials and technical evaluations, generating data on agronomic characteristics and portfolio performance - focus is on Mato Grosso
• Perform soil measurements in the field when required
• Support the setup of experimental fields, demo plots, and field showcases
• Participate in field days, training, demonstrations, and other demand generation activities
• Provide technical support to the Market Development and Commercial teams
• Assist customers in the field, offering technical guidance and support in soil and crop assessments
• Join internal trainings and alignment meetings for technical and strategic updates
• Communicate technical and strategic information to the commercial team and other areas of the company

You have

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related areas (completed or in progress)
• Basic knowledge of soil fertility and soil management
• Knowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton is an advantage
• Intermediate English is preferred; advanced English is a strong plus
• Previous fieldwork experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills and interest in working closely with customers
• Willingness and availability for frequent travel
• Knowledge of the region Mato Grosso is an advantage
