Job Description

We are seeking a professional to work as an OFFICIAL DE MANUTENÇÃO CIVIL PREDIAL in the CENTRO region, SP. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil maintenance, including painting, finishing, applying mass, installing floors and tiles, and drywall repairs. Proficiency in hydraulic services such as changing valves and maintaining toilets is essential. Although the primary focus is on hydraulic work, the role also involves general painting and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in civil maintenance and knowledge of NR35 (work at heights)
• Minimum education: High School (2nd Degree)

Benefits

• Salary: R$ 2,218.60 + 20% Insalubrity
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, alternating Saturdays
