What You Will Do

• Participate in the creation and execution of manual test plans and test cases;
• Investigate, report, and track product failures to resolution;
• Become a subject matter expert in respective modules;
• Share quality and process knowledge with the team;
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle – requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment;
• Participate in project planning, including estimating and process improvements in an Agile environment;
• Mentor and assist team members;
• Strive to follow best practices through experience or experimentation.

Must Haves

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
• 3+ years of work experience in a development environment;
• A perfectionist streak, committed to creating and delivering quality software, following best practices for manual and automated testing;
• Outstanding communication skills, with experience in test automation, team collaboration, and innovation;
• Pride in your work and a desire to contribute to team accomplishments;
• Ownership mentality, delivering the best solutions and taking responsibility for your work, tasks, and timelines;
• Driven to seek new learning opportunities and apply new skills;
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
