Team Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving impactful results through expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing, and economics. The Tech Portfolio Optimization Practice within VCA helps clients enhance cardholder engagement through end-to-end solutions, from defining value propositions to targeted marketing campaigns.

The role involves designing, coordinating, and executing solutions in collaboration with regional consultants, data science teams, and subject matter experts, aiming to improve efficiency and impact by leveraging global knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize solutions with market collaboration.
• Design solution scope, KPIs, and storytelling for Data Science teams.
• Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and report risks.
• Support data science with business insights for segmentation and scoring.
• Utilize Visa data and industry expertise to produce business content.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to incorporate global best practices.
• Create promotional materials and presentations.
• Coordinate enhancements and conduct training sessions.
• Identify clients and promote solution usage.
• Perform client-specific portfolio analyses.
• Support broader Visa strategies like new product launches and growth initiatives.
• Continuously innovate solutions.

This is a hybrid role; in-office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic: Bachelor's in a quantitative or business field, 8+ years in financial/banking services or management consulting, with knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes.

Preferred: Experience in portfolio optimization, digital, credit, or fraud risk; financial performance measurement.

Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, results-oriented, partnership-building, digital savvy, proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
