This is a full-time, open-ended position open to remote candidates in Sao Paolo, Brazil or hybrid candidates in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. For candidates in Sao Paolo, monthly travel to Belo Horizonte will be required.
The Manager will be responsible for fundraising from companies and individuals, while also leading the areas of marketing and institutional communications.
The role is to drive sustainable revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of corporate and individual donors, using multiple acquisition channels, as well as strengthening the institutional brand and expanding organizational visibility. The Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders, including the board of directors, governance committees, the international headquarters, internal teams, key external partners, and major donors.
This role works directly with the Country Director on strategic planning and operational plans and is responsible for controlling, analyzing, and mitigating risks in the processes under their management, in accordance with Safeguarding guidelines.
