Globant is seeking a Solutions Sales Specialist with SAP Expert-Level to drive strategic SAP solutions across industries. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, and a proven 10+ years in SAP sales with a track record of hitting quotas and closing complex deals.

The ideal candidate will excel in solution selling, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain strong C-level relationships while navigating long, consultative sales cycles.

• Proven hunting sales track record and strong team selling skills.
• Experience shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services across industries.
• Excellent relationships with C‑Level executives and strong quota attainment history.
• Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and lead virtual teams.

We seek a Solutions Sales Specialist with SAP Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English & Spanish Level
• Must have 10+ years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions
• Proven track record in a "hunting position" but with good team selling skills;
• Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services.
• Result-oriented performance, with a good performance track record and quota exceeded in the past years;
• Excellent relationship with C-Level executives;
• Deep experience in Solution Selling and long, complex sales cycles; Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead virtual teams;
• SAP or similar Technical skills
• Experience in consultative selling services with “use cases” to address specific industry challenges, with hands‑on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.)
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment, with multiple teams.
