Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Supervise and coach direct reports while maintaining employee documentation and conducting annual reviews
  • Process time cards, manage PTO, and oversee training material updates
  • Handle escalated issues and manage email inquiries related to direct and broker sales opportunities
  • Perform Salesforce User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor Salesforce reports for accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge in sales and marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in telephone sales or insurance sales
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to persuade and reconcile differences
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with brokers and key clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with principles and methods for promoting and selling products and services
  • Strong active listening skills and effective communication skills, including business presentation abilities
  • Deductive and inductive reasoning abilities to solve problems and form conclusions
