Purpose of the position

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Services Manager to join our team in Brazil!

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Responsible for HIAB products sales & services in the region;
  • Full P&L & net working capital and personnel responsibility;
  • Establish and implement Hiab’s strategy in CSC/territory;
  • Follow and enforce HIAB’s key KPIs;
  • Ensure a safe working environment (HSEQ);
  • Represent HIAB towards customers and dealers;
  • Review regional performance with HIAB divisions and key departments;
  • Manage the customer journey from factory delivery to end customer delivery, throughout the full life cycle;
  • Adhere to the latest ISO standards, Hiab’s Code of Conduct, and Delegation of Authority;
  • Lead the region effectively;
  • Implement active succession planning within the Sales & Services team.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Several years of experience in senior sales, services, and marketing roles (including commercial and/or operations experience);
  • Proven ability to drive sales, operations, and profitability, and manage customer and dealer relationships;
  • Experience in business development, change projects, and M&A is beneficial;
  • Leadership and coaching experience with a strong track record;
  • Knowledge of various sales tools, systems, and training approaches to promote new ways of working;
  • Experience working in an international corporate environment;
  • Experience in developing and executing business plans/strategies;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
