Qualificações

  • Min 7 ans d'expérience en design de produits.

At DoorDash, our customers are central to our product strategy, and we believe that the best customer experience is key to our success. Behind this experience is our robust suite of internal tools.

For example, how do we onboard and maintain hundreds of thousands of merchants and their menus? We have a tool for that. How do we keep our customers, Dashers, and merchants happy when issues arise? We have a tool for that. How do we track hundreds of A/B tests simultaneously and use their results to influence our product strategy? We have a tool for that.

About the Role

To continue developing these critical tools, we're seeking an experienced design leader in São Paulo, Brazil, to build our internal tools team there from scratch. This is an opportunity to redefine the team's vision, culture, and processes. You will solve significant design challenges and make decisions that impact thousands of internal employees and agents at DoorDash. The team reports to our Head of Customer Experience and Integrity Design within the Design Foundations team of our Product Design org. This role is onsite at our São Paulo office.

  • Establish effective operating models for the team
  • Align team priorities with strategic goals

  • You have 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with prior management of at least 3 designers
  • You have a proven impact, driving significant company-wide results
  • You are fluent in English (intermediate to full proficiency)
  • You have experience creating modern, user-friendly tools
  • You are innovative and capable of making ambitious ideas a reality
  • You can articulate a clear design strategy to cross-functional partners
  • You have experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
  • You excel at clarifying complex problems and focusing teams accordingly
  • You have built and led teams aligned with strategic objectives
  • You are able to work in our São Paulo office
