In Oracle supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.
• Effectively mentor others.
• Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Required Experience:

Candidates should have 9 to 13 years of experience in implementing modules such as Order Management (OM), Manufacturing (MFG), Planning Central, Inventory, Costing, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

Leadership:

Must have led at least 4 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud as a solution architect.

Ability to lead a team and provide insights on industry trends and go-to-market solutions.

Pre-sales and Client Interaction:

Experience in leading pre-sales activities and participating in client presentations.

Domain Expertise:

Act as an Oracle Cloud domain expert, providing best-practice guidance on supply chain business processes and implementation approaches.

Business Requirements:

Understand business requirements and convert them into system configurations in supply chain modules.

Business Process Exposure:

Proven exposure to end-to-end supply chain cycles.

Frameworks:

Exposure to SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) and APQC (American Productivity & Quality Center) frameworks is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Understand the importance of having correct information management.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
• Correct Information Security Management.
