Job Purpose

Adidas has an opportunity in the Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) area for the position of Manager Marketplace Operations, based in Alphaville, São Paulo. This role is part of a diversity hiring initiative for women, Black, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, and PWD candidates.

Summary of Activities and Daily Routine
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for digital marketplace partners (Dafiti, Magalu, Centauro, Netshoes, Mercado Livre).
  • Manage commissions, shipping costs, and overall expenses related to digital commerce operations.
  • Lead provision planning and invoice management, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze monthly performance results, identify whether targets were met, and determine key insights for improvement.
  • Generate and validate reports across different areas, ensuring accurate data flow and decision-making support.
  • Work closely with regional teams and internal stakeholders to align operations and business strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate with a senior specialist while working alongside senior key account managers responsible for product cataloging.
  • Innovate and develop new projects to optimize digital operations, leveraging this newly created position.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including freight tracking and direct coordination with distribution center teams (Extrema/MG).

  • Senior Specialist (direct report), Senior Key Account Managers, Regional Teams, Distribution Center Logistics Team.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong managerial and operational knowledge of digital marketplace operations.
  • Experience in financial management, including commissions, freight costs, and invoice processing.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end operations management, from provisioning to payment tracking and results analysis.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with logistics operations and distribution center coordination.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
