We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources (HR) team as they focus on enhancing the employee experience, building people-focused practices, and driving HR functional excellence.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, Americas, this will be a key member of the team focused on developing and facilitating a robust full lifecycle experience for our employees. The Manager will support employees in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia. This is a hands-on role that partners with employees to address their inquiries, executes swiftly, and embraces ongoing process improvements.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for duties including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and policy implementation. A strong knowledge of HR best practices and a detail-oriented approach are essential. The successful candidate has experience building systems, managing and optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality support with a solutions-oriented approach.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will:

  • Act as HRIS resource and subject matter expert; provide direct assistance and conduct training as necessary
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes; liaise effectively with Finance and Payroll teams
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations with appropriate carriers; conduct audits as necessary
  • Develop, communicate, and implement regional HR policies & procedures; ensure compliance with company-wide HR policies and procedures
  • Manage time management procedures including leave requests, timecards, and reporting
  • Facilitate development and maintenance of individual personnel files
  • Administer compliance programs; ensure documentation of consistent administration
  • Monitor reporting and notification requirements and administer mandated actions
  • Support employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
  • Assist with performance review process including providing training and tracking evaluations
  • Participate in HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Support facilities management processes including vendor management
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in HR-related field preferred
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ related HR experience
  • Advanced proficiency/fluency in English language, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Spanish language, both spoken and written
  • Prior professional experience with HRIS; experience with UKG/UltiPro a plus
  • Prior experience working in a global organization a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong analytical capabilities, able to address complex employee issues and spearhead data-driven decisions
  • Ability to act proactively and maintain flexible approach
  • Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and documentation
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and their application
  • HR certification a plus
