Qualificações

• Experiência sólida como HRBP na manufatura, preferencialmente em setores automotivos ou agrícolas.
• Conhecimento de leis trabalhistas e experiência na negociação com grupos de trabalho.
• Experiência em revisão de talentos e planejamento de aquisição de talentos.

Responsabilidades

• Manter consciência das tendências da indústria, práticas de concorrentes e padrões de recrutamento.
• Gerenciar avaliações de desempenho, definição de metas e planejamento de sucessão.
• Apoiar negociações com funcionários e grupos trabalhistas.

Report: SR Manager Human Resources SA, HR & Supply Chain

The HR professional will ensure that all of the unit's HR process systems run effectively and act as a strategic partner to the manufacturing unit's leadership, achieving expected results. Responsibilities include organizational design, talent management, and talent acquisition planning. The Manager, HRBP, partners with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices supporting the company's strategic growth.

Your Impact

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor practices, and recruitment standards.
• Manage performance appraisal, goal setting, succession planning, talent review, and development actions within business areas.
• Support negotiations with employees and labor groups as HR support.
• Assist with HR events and programs at the Canoas site.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Solid experience as an HRBP in manufacturing, preferably within automotive, agriculture, or similar industries, including shopfloor talent management, process engineering, and supply chain areas.
• Knowledge of labor laws and experience negotiating with labor groups.
• Experience with talent review, performance management, and talent acquisition planning.
• Fluent or advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
