Qualificações

  • PACS Intelligence Expertise: Experience in collecting, interpreting, and delivering insights related to Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability metrics.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to communicate complex data through clear narratives.
  • Research and Data Management: Experience in managing research projects, data sources, and reporting systems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Use data to create strategic recommendations and narratives that inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams across PACS, marketing, and analytics.
  • Quantitative Ability: Analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps across disparate data sources.

Responsabilidades

  • Define PACS KPIs and establish tracking methods to measure performance over time.
  • Design and develop visualizations and dashboards to support stakeholders and partners.
  • Provide regular updates to local leadership on corporate reputation and PACS performance.
  • Design and oversee ad hoc research based on macro events, campaigns, or issues.
  • Collaborate with Human Insights and other Enterprise Intelligence teams as needed.
  • Support development of Ways-of-Working materials to streamline PACS intelligence across teams.

This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As a Manager, Global PACS Intelligence, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering research, data, and analytics solutions that enable the PACS organization to monitor business and brand performance, refine strategies, and achieve its goals. You will act as a key partner to PACS teams, leveraging data and insights to drive informed decision-making and foster competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
PACS Intelligence Creation and Delivery
  • Define PACS KPIs and establish optimal tracking methods to measure performance over time. Collect, interpret, and communicate PACS metrics, converting them into actionable insights, strategies, and tactics. Quantify the success of PACS communications campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners. Design and develop visualizations and dashboards to support the needs of stakeholders and partners. Provide regular updates to local leadership teams on corporate reputation and overall PACS team performance.
Corporate Reputation and Communications Insights
  • Refine the corporate reputation framework, ensuring key attributes and data points are accounted for within the questionnaire. Leverage corporate reputation, sustainability, and communications data to provide strategic feedback and recommendations to local PACS leadership. Compile benchmarks and recommendations for corporate reputation reporting and PACS team performance.
Ad Hoc Research and Strategic Feedback
  • Design and oversee ad hoc research based on macro events, campaigns, or issues, collaborating with Human Insights and other Enterprise Intelligence teams as needed. Provide strategic recommendations based on communications and sustainability data to enhance PACS strategies and tactics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with PACS teams, Human Insights, and other Enterprise Intelligence teams to align intelligence deliverables with business objectives. Act as a conduit between PACS Intelligence and the broader PACS organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Support the development of Ways-of-Working materials to streamline processes and enhance the integration of PACS intelligence across teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Functional Skills
  • PACS Intelligence Expertise: Experience in collecting, interpreting, and delivering insights related to Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability metrics. Data Storytelling: Ability to communicate complex data and insights through clear, compelling narratives. Research and Data Management: Experience in managing research projects, data sources, and reporting systems to drive actionable insights. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to use data to create strategic recommendations and narratives that inform decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across PACS, marketing, and analytics disciplines. Quantitative Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, integrating insights across disparate data sources.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in consumer insights, market research, or related disciplines. Prior experience in two or more of the following areas: Managing/fielding consumer research Data management Analytics and reporting for driving business decisions Communications or sustainability insights Brand/product management Experience using AI enabled data reporting/visualization tools is desirable. Experience in a global role is preferred but not required.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
