What You Will Do:

• Fields incoming requests and schedules dealer and customer visits to company facilities.
• Collaborates with other visitor services managers cross-facility to build agendas and coordinate logistics.
• Collaborates with customer-facing facilities to share best practices, find design and execution efficiencies and create seamless brand engagements across experiences.

What you will have:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

English and Spanish Pré-Advanced

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of external supplier management and in commercial relations with service providers, contractors, consultants, and other partners.
  • Machine segment knowledge
  • English and Spanish Advanced

Additional Info:

  • The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% mainly in assigned territory.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
