Manager, Deal Management - Brazil
Overview
- The Deal Management team supports business development (BD) and account teams in getting approval of business cases for new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- This role is responsible for the establishment and management of strategic and complex customer business agreements (covering issuing, acquiring, merchant, pre-paid, loyalty, and non-BAU deal flows).

- Are you used to presenting and conveying complex strategies to senior leadership?
Role
- Reviews final model and business cases with Management and seeks internal approval, benchmarking proposals, identifying risks, and discussing unique issues.
- Assists in resolving issues raised by customers regarding incentive offers, including impact analyses and management reviews.
- Supports regional strategic initiatives to streamline the deal approval process and provides strategic support and innovative ideas to senior management.
- Responsible for contract monitoring, incentive reporting, and tracking.
- Manages pipeline deal modeling activities and related reporting in collaboration with BD and business leads.
- Participates in regional quarterly incentive reviews.
- Coordinates weekly deal committee meetings with functional leads.
- Contributes to other finance activities such as developing strategies to enhance profitability and leverage.
- Provides expertise on cross-functional teams, including revenue impact analysis.
- Ensures organizational planning supports the consistent execution of agreements by coordinating with stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience in financial analysis and/or deal management.
- Bilingual in English; Spanish is a plus.
Supervision:
Reports to Senior Business Leader of Business Development Finance
