EasyPayroll Global Limited Ireland and their local affiliate ITOS Brasil LTDA are looking to hire a Manager, Corporate Development to provide services to companies within the Perseus Group (“Perseus”).
Perseus is an Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. (csisoftware.com | TSX:CSU), a Canadian-based publicly held company. Perseus has over 6,000 employees, across 70+ software business units, operating in 12+ software industry verticals, and located in over 40 offices.
The services to be provided by the Manager, Corporate Development, include building strong strategic business relationships that lead to sourcing current and future M&A opportunities for Perseus. These relationships will be formed with decision makers in software companies (e.g., CEOs, VPs of Corporate Development, founders, owners), M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals. Success in this role is defined by building and maintaining meaningful relationships that ultimately lead to Perseus’s acquisition of software companies.
The process of initiating, maintaining relationships, and making acquisitions can take several years. Measurable outcomes, ongoing value addition through multiple M&A conversations, and high-quality market research are critical for successful acquisitions over time.
