Regional Sales Manager, Healthful Solutions LATAM at Ingredion –

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our incredible team of Go to Market and strategic sales.

In this role, you will lead the regional business strategy for Sugar Reduction and Specialty Sweeteners across LATAM, focusing on revenue growth, project execution, new product development and driving innovation. You’ll drive insights, alignment, and impact through a deep understanding of customer needs, competitor dynamics, and growth opportunities.

Flex Location: São Paulo/Brazil or San Nicolas/Mexico

As part of the Sales team, your role you’ll be:

  1. Lead the development and execution of the growth strategy for the Sugar Reduction portfolio across LATAM.
  2. Define regional product requirements and support the implementation of portfolio initiatives in alignment with global priorities.
  3. Partner with local sales teams to enable execution, provide training, and strengthen go-to-market capabilities across countries.
  4. Focus on action plans to drive higher market penetration in stevia ingredients across LATAM with focus on sales execution.
  5. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor actions to identify opportunities for business development and margin improvement.
  6. Serve as a strategic connection between local commercial leads and the global SSRR team, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and feedback flow.
  7. Work in the strategic planning for the next 5 years for SR and Healthful solutions portfolio for LATAM Growth.

What are we looking for?

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineer or Chemical Engineer, or related areas.
  2. Demonstrated experience in Commercial, Marketing or Sales in a B2B environment for food and beverage sector.
  3. Experience with Sugar Reduction/Sweeteners solutions for food and beverages market.
  4. Fluent in English and Spanish.
