What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
  • As a Management Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing targets and budgets across our Bandırma, İzmir, and Elazığ operations.
  • Track performance of slaughterhouses, rendering, and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring timely follow-up on deviations and corrective actions.
  • Analyze financial and personnel budgets, update targets in the management system, and report results to senior management.
  • Implement and verify management methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and SEO tools across regions.
  • Lead the reporting process between the Regional Director, plant managers, and department heads, ensuring alignment and compliance with company standards.
  • Support managers by developing action plans, guiding non-conformity analyses, and organizing PO & forecast processes for overtime and indirect costs.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and organize weekly/monthly meetings to ensure goal tracking.
  • Deliver training sessions for leaders, assistants, and technical staff on management methodologies and foster a culture of Strategic and Routine Management.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ISSO-22000 HACCP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISMS 27001) and protect the integrity, privacy, and accessibility of company information.
  • Actively contribute to HSE practices by identifying risks, reporting hazards, and ensuring safe working procedures.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
  • University degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in any discipline, preferably in technical or natural sciences.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with management systems or tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Solid experience in performance monitoring, budgeting, and action plan tracking.
