Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems think about organizations, teams, and decision-making.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role with an hourly/task-based model offering 10-40 hours per week. You will review AI-generated scenarios, assess reasoning on team dynamics and organizational design, and provide detailed, structured feedback to help AI think more like seasoned leaders.

Qualificações

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Self-directed, reliable in a remote, task-based environment.

Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI systems think about organizations, teams, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and consequential domains - human leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your deep knowledge of management theory and organizational behavior becomes the benchmark AI must meet.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality, tradeoffs, and strategic reasoning
• Comfortable working through written scenarios and providing detailed analytical feedback
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote, task-based environment

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
• Real-world industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Prior experience with AI content evaluation, annotation, or related workflows
