Skills & Qualifications

  1. 12+ years sales and territory management in networking or security sectors.
  2. 8+ years of experience as sales leader.
  3. Experience building business and marketing plans with customers and partners.
  4. Must have experience in delivering sales trainings, and experience in working in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities.
  5. Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage key Fortinet Telcos end users and MSSP in the region.
  2. Lead and manage sales teams.
  3. Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with each sales rep.
  4. Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with partners/Telcos.
  5. Manage and report sales forecast per week with his team and sales Directors.
  6. Conduct C-Level meetings with customers and partners.
  7. Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners/Telcos.
  8. Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.
  9. Act as key channel strategist to regional sales managers within the region.
  10. Partner with Fortinet marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within the region.
  11. Travel to the states that are part of the assigned territory (between 9 to 13 trips per quarter).
  12. Manage channels registered with wholesalers and monitor renewals.
  13. Develop and pay attention to final users of the territory, such as state and municipal governments, major public and private universities, and major companies in each region.
