Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related fields.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with twin-screw extruders or injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial automation maintenance.
• Experience with gravimetric feeders and automated raw material feeding systems.
• Analytical and organized profile, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team, assigning tasks and defining priorities;
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation failures;
• Monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities;
• Perform and support maintenance on extruders, peripheral equipment, gearboxes, heating and cooling systems;
• Diagnose failures in PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and variable frequency drives;
• Monitor maintenance of gravimetric feeders and raw material feeding systems;
• Support spare parts and critical components control, as well as technical follow-up with suppliers and service providers;
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards during maintenance interventions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Technology, or a related field;


• Experience in thermoplastics processing industries;
