Maintenance & Reliability Manager – Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager with over five years of experience in a manufacturing environment to lead and optimize equipment and systems at our facility. This role involves driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe, productive workplace through strategic maintenance programs and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to ensure plant equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Develop and oversee maintenance programs, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
• Improve asset performance and reliability by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and training for the maintenance team.
• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts.
• Control costs and optimize procurement within budget limits.
• Lead capital expansion projects and related initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards while achieving operational goals.
• Promote continuous improvement through problem-solving, Kaizen events, and TPM activities.
• Foster a safety-first culture with proactive accident prevention and incident investigation.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least two years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Experience with lean manufacturing, TPM, and RCM principles.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, electrical control panels, and power presses.
