About the role
  1. Our Maintenance Planning and Scheduling team, composed of 26 people, is integrated into the Maintenance department and focuses on maintenance productivity and efficiency in collaboration with other maintenance and reliability teams.
  2. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be in a tactical function for the maintenance and reliability objectives, with the responsibility of improving maintenance engineering practices to continuously increase the maintenance productivity and asset reliability.
  3. You will be accountable for:
    1. Conduct OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) losses analysis to prioritize root cause investigations and implement targeted improvements.
    2. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify failure causes, block recurrence, and enhance equipment reliability.
    3. Carry out risk analysis to mitigate potential failures and support reliability initiatives.
    4. Facilitate weekly RCA meetings to coordinate actions and monitor progress.
    5. Provide technical support for MoC (management of change) processes, contractor interface, autonomous maintenance audits, and collaboration with routine, turnaround, and asset monitoring teams.
  4. We offer a permanent contract with onsite working mode.
About you
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenance, especially equipment maintenance experience
  3. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  4. Able to set priorities and evaluate financial impacts
  5. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  6. Behaviors:

About the pay and benefits
  1. Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The primary country base pay is R$114.000 to R$174.000 (including 30% hazard pay and 13th salary). Your salary may be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. We also offer a competitive total rewards package including bonuses and incentives.
