Job Description

• Ensure Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
• Perform Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical & Controls) in the assigned area.
• Develop and adhere to Maintenance Tasks and Plans.
• Develop Spare Part Strategies.
• Manage the Maintenance Budget.
• Identify, develop, and train the team in maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement troubleshooting guides, RCA, and PDCA processes.
• Foster a safety culture within the team for safe working systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of electrical panels.
• Support utilities operations, such as refrigeration systems, water, and energy supply.
• Assist with general maintenance activities for mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with BRF Sustainability Policy and activities that promote adherence to ESG commitments, linking actions to sustainable development within the supply chain.

Academic Background

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
