We are looking for an ML Architect to collaborate with Data Scientists and the AI/ML community across Business Units, Data Engineering, SMEs, and technical leads to evangelize and translate business problems into scalable ML solutions for our clients.

This role will be responsible for:

1. Defining model serving strategies (batch, real-time, streaming inference)
2. Designing and implementing an ML Experimentation Platform, HPO, standardization of ML pipelines, and ML Metadata Storage
3. Developing and maintaining the feature repository, ensuring model governance and compliance
4. Building and managing the ML Portfolio based on BU needs
5. Supporting ML Infrastructure as an administrator on Databricks, Snowflake, and SageMaker
6. Owning and publishing best practices

Qualifications include:

• 5-7 years of experience in ML System Architecture & Design
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SageMaker
• Experience with performance optimization and model monitoring setup
