• Gerenciar logística local e internacional, garantindo a movimentação de mercadorias.
• Criar e acompanhar relatórios de não conformidade.
• Servir como ponto de contato principal para frete e transportadoras.

Airswift is looking for a Logistics Specialist (Comex) to work in a permanent position in Macaé for an oil and gas company.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage both local and international logistics, ensuring seamless movement of goods across borders.

• Handle intercompany orders and coordinate on-time deliveries to meet the needs of internal customers.

• Create and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in our system.

• Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, freight forwarders, and local transport companies.

• Request freight quotes, monitor international shipments, and ensure cost-effective transport solutions.

• Oversee billing and documentation for freight and transport partners to ensure accuracy.

• Support project-based deliveries for both export and import operations.

• Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and supplier performance.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Freight Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in logistics, international trade, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Proficient user of SAP.

• Advanced English and Portuguese.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
