Logistics Analyst

Airswift is seeking a Logistics Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Vitoria with an engineering Company.

Carrying out administrative activities, involving analyzing and classifying documents, preparing reports, statements in general, compiling information on logistics and the processes of storing, distributing and moving raw materials, miscellaneous materials, finished products, carrier databases, among others, in order to support and subsidize superior decision-making, in accordance with pre-established standards and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Making purchase requisitions and orders through open contracts, carrying out the purchasing process for services, products and raw materials.
2. Keeping track of various documentation to control deadlines, services, etc., to support the areas involved in the process.
3. Controlling processing materials held by third parties, collecting and delivering materials to suppliers.
4. Controlling the entry and exit of raw materials from the warehouse and finished products from dispatch, management of noble scrap, storage and sale, issuing invoices, physical inventory of materials, freight payments, etc.
5. Controlling the transportation of finished products in Expedition.
6. Drawing up freight quotes for product delivery to various ports in Brazil.
7. Carrying out planning and control activities relating to the transportation, handling and storage of finished products and third-party products.
8. Assisting in the collection of information and data for the preparation of studies and control plans for raw materials and finished products, controlling various stocks using a specific system, as well as assisting with delivery schedules.
9. Preparing various reports, filing legal documents, controlling documents for international freight operations.
10. Ensuring that procedures for the upkeep, cleanliness and hygiene of the work area are observed, as well as guiding third parties in complying with safety, discipline and accident prevention rules.
