Are you ready to embark on an outstanding journey with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.? We are seeking a Logistics Specialist I to join our ambitious team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities related to local clinical trial projects, ensuring proper reception, storage, preparation, packaging of shipments, returns, and labeling.
- Assist in project coordination and logistics operations, maintaining good documentation and manufacturing practices.
- Manage receipt and shipment of medicinal products/materials, ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations.
- Process orders for medical supplies and request receipt confirmations.
- Maintain inventory control, monitor inputs and outputs, and keep meticulous supply chain records.
- Handle return processes, coordinating with medical institutions for delivery and verification of medicinal products/supplies.
- Provide information and assess medical institutions on shipment procedures, storage conditions, and temperature sensor handling.
- Report and document deviations and non-conformities in project coordination.
- Support reception, shipment, and return processes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Assist in analyzing and controlling internal supply stock for shipments to medical institutions.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
- Students or graduates in health, logistics, or management fields.
- Up to 1 year of experience in pharmaceuticals, CROs, or logistics companies.
- Intermediate English proficiency (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Internet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Courses in Clinical Trials, IATA – Dangerous Goods Transportation.
