Are you ready to embark on an outstanding journey with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.? We are seeking a Logistics Specialist I to join our ambitious team!

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities related to local clinical trial projects, ensuring proper reception, storage, preparation, packaging of shipments, returns, and labeling.
  • Assist in project coordination and logistics operations, maintaining good documentation and manufacturing practices.
  • Manage receipt and shipment of medicinal products/materials, ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations.
  • Process orders for medical supplies and request receipt confirmations.
  • Maintain inventory control, monitor inputs and outputs, and keep meticulous supply chain records.
  • Handle return processes, coordinating with medical institutions for delivery and verification of medicinal products/supplies.
  • Provide information and assess medical institutions on shipment procedures, storage conditions, and temperature sensor handling.
  • Report and document deviations and non-conformities in project coordination.
  • Support reception, shipment, and return processes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing and controlling internal supply stock for shipments to medical institutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Courses in Clinical Trials, IATA – Dangerous Goods Transportation.
