Are you ready to embark on an outstanding journey with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.? We are seeking a Logistics Specialist I to join our ambitious team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and align with activities related to local clinical trial projects, ensuring flawless execution of reception, storage, preparation, and packaging of shipments, returns, and labeling.
- Assist Project Coordination/Logistic Operations sector in all related tasks to maintain strict adherence to good documentation and manufacturing practices.
- Cooperate and coordinate the receipt and shipment of medicinal products/materials, ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmation of arrivals.
- Process orders of medical supplies to institutions and request receipt confirmations to successfully implement established requirements.
- Help with inventory control, monitoring the entry and exit of inputs, and maintaining meticulous supply chain records.
- Perform return processes, coordinating with medical institutions for the delivery and verification of medicinal products/supplies.
- Provide information and assess medical institutions on shipment procedures, storage conditions, and handling of temperature sensors.
- Report and document deviations and non-conformities in project coordination.
- Support reception, shipment, and return processes, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and completion of support documentation.
- Assist in the analysis and control of internal supply stock for shipments to medical institutions.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
- Students or graduates in health, logistics operations, or management areas.
- Up to 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or similar logistics companies.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Internet.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Courses in Clinical trials, IATA – Dangerous Goods Transportation.
