Position Overview

ARMStaffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurses (RNs) for local assignments at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities nationwide. If you are passionate about supporting aging and chronically ill patients, we want to place you where you are needed most.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff
• Support residents and families through education and compassionate communication
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent LTC or skilled nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
