Job Description

As an LTC RN, youll provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and age-related conditions. Youll help manage care plans, administer medications, and ensure comfort and dignity in a long-term setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff
• Support residents and their families with education and compassionate communication
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and state regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
