Context
The Revenue Growth Management area is responsible for top-line optimization within Diageo, driving a more strategic approach that should ultimately accelerate revenue and value creation. The position of Regional Pricing Sr. Analyst supports pricing processes within a specific regional of Diageo Brazil and this professional will act in close partnership with the Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams, leading strategic pricing discussions, challenging current pricing models, implementing new decisions in/outside of company boundaries, and monitoring in-market evolution.
Key Activities
Ensure the pricing governance – since idea generation, passing through decision making, implementation (in Diageo and with customers) and post-evaluation
Develop and implement annual pricing plan
Report and analyze monthly sell-out prices (Nielsen, Shopping Brasil, Mtrix)
Lead pricing to new products (innovation to the market)
Lead ad-hoc / promotional on-invoice initiatives
Be key business partner of Regional Heads to unlock business opportunities in all RGM levers
Qualifications and Experience Required
Graduation degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
Experience in FMCGs or strategic consulting
Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/finance roles
Ability to operate complex databases (Excel, Nielsen, Mtrix) and optimization (i.e. PowerBI)
Ability to operate different channels (on trade, off trade and e-commerce)
Written and spoken English
