Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Line Producer to join our full-time team. This role is central to our production operations, responsible for budgeting, scheduling, crew management, and logistics across all stages of production.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the film or television industry and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring productions are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets and cost reports for all stages of production
• Build detailed production schedules and call sheets, coordinating across departments
• Hire, contract, and manage crew and vendors in accordance with project needs and timelines
• Secure locations, permits, insurance, rentals, and production resources
• Oversee daily operations of the production, both on set and behind the scenes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union regulations, and safety protocols
• Serve as a key liaison between the creative team and production departments
• Track expenses, handle purchase orders, and manage petty cash and payroll coordination
• Problem-solve in real time during prep, shoot, and wrap phases
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and post-production teams to support project goals and deadlines
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Line Producer or Production Manager role in the film, TV, or commercial industry
• Extensive knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, and crew management
• Experience working on both union and non-union productions is a strong plus
• Proficient in budgeting software (e.g., Movie Magic Budgeting, Hot Budget, etc.) and production tools
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Deep understanding of set operations, safety standards, and logistical planning
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on shoot schedules
