Responsibilities:

1. Ensure production occurs efficiently, safely, and with quality, aiming to meet company objectives.
2. Lead, motivate, and guide production operators, providing training, task distribution, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. Monitor production performance, identify and resolve issues, ensure quality standards are met, and achieve set goals.
4. Manage raw material stock, ensuring proper supply and minimizing waste.
5. Collect and analyze production data, identify trends and bottlenecks, and report performance insights to supervision.
6. Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements.
7. Ensure team and workplace safety, compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards.
8. Maintain clear and effective communication with the team, other departments, and supervisory staff.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience.
• Technical Textile training and/or higher education (preferred).
• Experience in the textile industry (preferred).

Education: High school diploma.

Work Hours:

• 1st shift: 05:00 to 13:42 (Saturdays on a rotating schedule from 5:18 to 9:18).
• 2nd shift: 13:32 to 22:11 (Saturdays on a rotating schedule from 9:18 to 13:18).
