Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Presbyterian Senior Living.

Compensation: from $28 - $30 per hour (based on experience) plus additional shift differentials and clinical premiums for experience.

Status/Shift: Full Time Evening / Part Time Day & Evening, PRN. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• One-year experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care preferred
• CPR certification required
• Ability to assess and communicate effectively with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Plan, direct, and provide care to residents per physician orders and the Plan of Care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform resident assessments
• Participate in daily resident rounding
• Assist with IV therapies as needed
