Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility with a focus on patient-centered care and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic vision, strong financial stewardship (P&L), and the ability to inspire teams while embracing AI tools to improve care delivery and processes. Relocation to Terre Haute, IN is anticipated.

Qualificações

• Current LNHA license in current state or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA with metrics on staff satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools.

Seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a strong sense of innovation, keen industry insight, and inspiring leadership to guide and grow our facility in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. What you Need to make a Difference:

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
