Cognizant is seeking a Legal Investigation Support Agent to join our Vila Olímpia, São Paulo office. You will review and pre-analyze requests from law enforcement authorities, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in processing while upholding established quality and KPI targets.

The role is fully onsite, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Strong written Portuguese communication is essential, with basic to intermediate English proficiency

• Bachelor's Degree completed or currently in progress (preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in Portuguese.
• Basic to Intermediate English proficiency, including technical reading, professional writing, and internal documentation.

About the role

As a Legal Investigation Support Agent, you will make an impact by supporting legal investigation requests received from law enforcement authorities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of legal investigations by reviewing requests, identifying key details, and following strict quality and operational standards.

Work Model

Onsite - Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP

This is a 100% onsite position based in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP. Associates are expected to work from the office full-time as required by business and operational needs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or currently pursuing Law School.
• Previous experience in legal operations, legal support, investigations, compliance, or related fields.
• Advanced or Fluent English.
• Legal training, certifications, or coursework related to investigation or legal processes.
• Experience working with quality-driven operations and KPI-focused environments.
