Your Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented Legal Manager to join our dynamic legal team in Brazil. This role will support our operations, focusing on regulatory strategy, product advisory licensing in the fast-evolving crypto and fintech landscape.
The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks, advising cross-functional teams, and engaging with regulators or industry stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal and regulatory issues in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Who You Are

• Law degree and bar admission in Brazil.
• 4-7 years of experience in a top law firm, fintech, crypto company, or financial institution.
• Solid understanding of financial services, payments, or crypto regulation.
• Experience working with or advising on product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, business-oriented guidance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Failure to meet any of the required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.

What You Will Do

• Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on new and existing products, especially in the areas of crypto-assets, payments, brokerage, and digital financial services.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments in key markets (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina), assessing their impact on business operations and product design.
• Support licensing, registration, and regulatory approval processes in Brazil.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and internal governance documents.
• Support engagement with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and public policy initiatives.
• Contribute to internal training, knowledge sharing, and risk assessments.
