Qualificações

  • Fluência nativa em português e em inglês comercial.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerar identificação de oportunidades e criação de pipeline dentro da base de clientes existentes.
  • Atuar como consultor para líderes de L&D e RH.
  • Conduzir sessões de descoberta que identificam as necessidades dos clientes.

Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a Learning Solutions Consultant to join our team in São Paulo. This is a senior sales role focused on expanding LinkedIn Learning within our existing Hiring customer base. The ideal candidate combines strong consultative capabilities with a sharp commercial mindset and thrives in a competitive and fragmented market.

This role requires a hunter profile with deep curiosity, able to ask open-ended questions that uncover business pain points and translate them into compelling LinkedIn Learning solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating a pipeline, articulating our value proposition at the executive level, and partnering with the Account Director to close high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive opportunity identification and pipeline creation within LinkedIn’s existing Hiring customer base in Brazil.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to L&D, HR, and business leaders, uncovering challenges and connecting them to LinkedIn Learning’s value proposition.
  • Lead discovery sessions that identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling value-based proposals using data, insights, benchmarks, and client success stories.
  • Actively prospect and engage decision-makers in a market with highly fragmented competition.
  • Partner closely with Account Directors to orchestrate the sales strategy and ensure alignment across stakeholders during deal execution.
  • Influence and co-create learning strategies that help clients unlock workforce potential and drive business results.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of LinkedIn Learning and Talent Solutions.
  • Deliver predictable and accurate forecasts, while exceedingly quarterly and annual sales targets.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with digital learning, talent development, or SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Proven ability to lead consultative sales processes and engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic collaboration skills, especially in multi-thread sales cycles.
  • Native language in Portuguese and business fluency in English.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling into large enterprise clients in Brazil.
  • Background in working within or selling to HR, L&D, or corporate training teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
  • Strategic thinking with executional excellence.
  • Comfortably operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
