Job Description & Summary:

As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2 year(s) of relevant experience

Required Knowledge/Skills: Oral and written proficiency in English required

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Prepare facilitators for successful virtual delivery.
  • Test the technology of presenters prior to live sessions.
  • Prepare the technology platform for delivery including loading polls/videos/materials as needed.
  • Kick-off virtual sessions with potentially hundreds of attendees.
  • Monitor live virtual sessions as background support, managing certain technology aspects.
  • Perform certain post-session administrative duties including collecting reports and playback files.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Open to learning new delivery tools.
  • Awareness of the latest platforms in use.
  • Attention for details.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new situations including troubleshooting technology under pressure.
  • Consulting abilities.
  • Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with project stakeholders.
  • Understand the importance of having correct information management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
