We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning Delivery Associate to support the coordination of virtual and in-person learning programs. This role ensures seamless logistics, high-quality participant experiences, and compliance with regulatory standards related to learning events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and provide key support in the deployment of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze course requirements to determine appropriate facilities and technical support for virtual and in-person learning.
  • Collaborate with delivery team members to develop and execute learning delivery plans.
  • Coordinate logistics and oversee Learning Support Liaisons to ensure all learning events are fully supported.
  • Confirm and set up classrooms (virtual and physical) with onsite resources such as producers or LSLs.
  • Review and reconcile class rosters against final attendance records to ensure accurate awarding of learning credits.
  • Counsel facilitators on compliance processes and proper awarding of learning credits.
  • Act as a point of contact for facilitators and participants before, during, and after learning events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup and publication of learning events in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide evaluation results and initiate follow-up processes as required.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent C1 English level (written and spoken) – mandatory requirement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships in a virtual and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under limited supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and MS Teams.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent).
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning delivery, event coordination, meeting services, or hospitality, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Additional Information:

  • Flexibility with working hours is required during peak periods.
  • Overtime must be pre-approved based on business needs.
