In this role, you will work alongside a team of passionate and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market. You will create product release plans that ensure our solutions, which utilize ADP's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions, are developed effectively. Your goal will be to make these solutions easier to use, helping our clients stay compliant, manage costs, and save time.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and a willingness to push boundaries are essential. You will collaborate with clients, sales teams, developers, and designers, clarifying ideas and helping to create a product roadmap. Staying close to market trends, anticipating customer needs, and bringing new ideas are key aspects of this role. You should be confident in evangelizing your product and communicating effectively, with the experience to take your product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial impact.

To succeed, you must take command of your product, lead multiple teams, and be a deep listener who asks the right questions to understand stakeholder problems. Experience with Agile teams and product delivery cycles is required. You should be able to explain and document your product roadmap clearly for both internal and external teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Start the day understanding team responsibilities, identifying issues, and communicating priorities. Continue with meetings to create and organize your roadmap.
• Own the documentation and prioritization of product features. Research industry trends to improve our products and incorporate relevant insights into your roadmap based on client needs, market conditions, ADP's goals, and technological advancements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams, including developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to foster innovation.
• Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Work on diverse tasks, from designing client experience journeys with UX teams to delivering new features and product enhancements. Witness your ideas come to life.
• Communicate and defend ideas with internal and external stakeholders, answering critical questions.
• Apply your relevant skills and experience gained in similar roles.
