We are looking for a Lead Producer to join us on the Fortnite Core Tech team. In this position you will partner with the broader Fortnite org to help drive stability, performance, and engine development. Our team of producers focuses on platform, rendering, performance, server, game architectures, and our build pipeline. We’re looking for individuals who excel in multitasking, thrive in chaos, great communication skills, and are comfortable managing roadmaps and schedules of R&D initiatives. Ideal candidates have experience in game development or hardware frameworks, and have directly worked with engineers and the systems they develop.
We pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps). Our current benefits package includes coverage for medical, dental, and life insurance. We also offer supplemental benefits including daily meal vouchers, and commuter benefits for onsite employees.
