What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all software aspects within the domain, including research, design, technology insertion, development, testing, and support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs
- Mentor and coach multiple tech leads overseeing SCRUM teams within the domain
- Drive domain-wide change initiatives to enhance quality, speed, and throughput
- Oversee proactive maintenance of existing applications to ensure stability and scalability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Java 11+
- Proven experience in designing and developing real-time integrations and optimizing database-level processing
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding development teams to successful deployments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate to strong experience designing or modifying modern microservice-based systems
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
- Familiarity with automation testing framework development and React UI development
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab pipeline development
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including communication and negotiation
