Job Description Summary: All activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of the contract, and the management of claims. Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Additionally, involves definition, management, and execution of contract estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts. Provide both service agreement and time and material program management. Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and satisfaction for assigned contracts. Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service, and/or other teams. Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts. Includes direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development. Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. Have knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of the competition and market differentiators. Use judgment and propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles. Use technical experience and analytical thinking, drawing from multiple internal and limited external sources to make decisions. Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explain information; develop skills to bring team members to consensus. Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications: Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
