Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP FI Consultant to drive end-of-project business process activities, ensure SAP FI delivery readiness, and lead testing efforts. You will validate module profiles, refine test scenarios, and support knowledge transfer across teams.

You will train teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and advise stakeholders on SAP FI functionality, working on international projects with diverse peers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP consulting in a similar role.
• Strong SAP FI process knowledge and business flows.
• Hands-on testing and validation experience.
• Experience adjusting, maintaining, and managing test scripts.
• Background in SAP training and knowledge transfer.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business process workflows.

Requirements

• Proven SAP consulting experience of 5+ years in a comparable role
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI module processes and related business flows
• Hands-on experience with business process testing and validation activities
• Solid skills in adjusting, maintaining, and managing test scenarios and scripts
• Demonstrated background in SAP training and effective knowledge transfer
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business process workflows
