About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support a development team working on internationalization and maintenance of a large‑scale e‑commerce platform.
• Support the development team in translating and adapting a distributed microservices e‑commerce platform.
• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes microservice deployments using Helm charts.
• Operate and maintain Jenkins CI / CD pipelines, diagnosing and resolving failures in automated deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with Java and Python development teams to understand deployment requirements.
• Troubleshoot client ecosystem tools based on Jenkins self‑service pipelines.
• Support backend technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka, handling configuration, connectivity, and integration issues.
• Retrieve and analyze logs from Kubernetes pods and on‑prem VMs using Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Jenkins logs.
• Participate in English‑speaking client meetings to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide updates.
• Manage work using a Kanban workflow.
• Contribute to improvements in deployment processes, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.
